Since we're open on weekends, we often receive questions about our hours, insurance, and more. For your convenience, we've answered some of the most common inquiries below.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

If your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits, it may fully or partially cover your visit to Root Dental. Our practice is considered "out-of-network," meaning you can still get the care you need today! You will pay directly for all treatment fees on the day of your visit (unless otherwise specified by the provider), and we can help you submit your insurance claim for potential reimbursement.

Why are you out-of-network?

We believe in treating each patient the way we would want to be treated. Insurance plans have limitations that can hinder your care.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes! We accept CareCredit Patient Financing, as well as Cherry Financing.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, CareCredit Patient Financing, and Cherry Financing.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Absolutely! Root Dental is open most Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. For your convenience, you can schedule your same-day appointment online anytime on our Location page.

What types of services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of general, preventive, and emergency dental services including: teeth cleanings, deep cleanings, check-ups, sealants, tooth extractions, root canals, dental implants, fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, and many others. If you don’t see the service you are looking for, send us a text! It’s likely that we offer it, too.

Where are you located?

We are located in the Courtyard at Jamestown “Chateau” building. The practice is on the garden level, and an elevator is located inside the building.

What are your hours?

We see patients most Fridays from 3 pm to 7 pm, Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm, Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm, Mondays from 1 pm to 6 pm, Tuesdays from 2pm to 6pm, and Wednesdays from 2pm to 6pm. Due to the dental needs of the community, there may be times when we step away from the practice. But don’t worry, you can always book your visit online anytime.

What is your preferred mode of communication?

Where can I get a form for my insurance?
